Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) coming from Iloilo who do not coordinate with our LGU and proceed directly to their respective homes. I am requesting everyone to stay vigilant and report to your barangay captains and officials the presence of these LSIs in your barangays for proper endorsement for swab testing and facility quarantine protocols. It is through your cooperation that we will win the fight against the spread of the Covid-19 virus and further bring down the numbers that we are now experiencing.'
