• In case of discrepancies on your VAXCERT data or if you fail to access the site, PLEASE GO TO THE TALISAY VAXCERT BOOTH, located at the 2nd floor, Minuluan Bldg. at least 1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR TRAVEL DATE.
