The Department of the Interior and Local Government thru the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) with Provincial Fire Marshal Supt. Pamela Rojane M. Candido and Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson turnsover 1 new Pumper Fire Truck to Talisay BFP with Chief SINSP Jovelyn Zamar and Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado in attendance at the Provincial Capitol Grounds.

A total of 6 firetrucks were turned-over with recipients to include the cities of Bacolod, San Carlos, La Carlota, Escalante and the municipality of Pulupandan.
