Mr. Jose Antonio "Joe" Chan, the owner of Binalbagan-Isabela Sugar Company Inc. (BISCOM), met good friends Mayor Neil Lizares III and City Administrator Jonathan Ealdama this morning August 9, 2017 at the City Mayor's Office.

They discussed and explored the possibility of direct investments in the city, a big chance to boost the city's economic wellbeing and at the same time provide job opportunities for Talisaynons.

Mr. Joe Chan is the son of Mr. Jose Marie "Joe Mari" Chan, famous singer, excellent songwriter and businessman.
