Mayor Neil E. Lizares III together with Silay City Mayor Mark Golez welcomed all the guests and participants to the Industry Forum held @ SMX Convention Center, Bacolod City today.

Talisay City together with Bacolod and Silay were among the chosen cities to pilot the the TraBAJO Program of the Department of Interior and Local Government.

TraBAJO program will facilitate better job opportunities for all, and would further capacitate and enhance beneficiaries with the necessary skills they need to stay competitive not only locally but internationally as well.
