The city of Talisay under the leadership of Mayor Neil Lizares formalized its partnership with the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas (TUP-V) through a Memorandum of Understanding signing with Assistant City Administrator and concurrent CTEIPO head Ismale Penado, representing the City Government of Talisay at the Mayor’s Conference Room yesterday, a press release from Talisay PIO said.

This collaboration focuses on advancing research, extension projects, linkages and community programs for the benefit of Talisaynons. Lizares expressed his gratitude for this milestone and looks forward to its positive impact on the city.
