Humalin sang nag-abot sa Negros ining aton utod nga OFW, gindiretso sya sa quarantine facility sa EB Magalona kun diin siya gin-test. Asta subong, siya yara sa quarantine facility kag wala gid nakig-kita sa iya pamilya kag wala gid ini nakatapak sa ciudad sang Talisay. Wala rason para kita magkahadlok. Akon ginapangabay bilang inyo mayor nga magpangamuyo kita para sa aton utod nga Talisaynon kag strikto nga sundon ang direktiba sang aton gobyerno. Padayon kita sang pag-obserbar sang social distancing, pagsuksok sang masksa publiko nga lugar,pagpanghugas permi sang aton kamot kag pagtinir sa sulod sang aton mga panimalay. We fight as one!
