The newly accredited 50-member civil society organization in the City of Talisay named Ruins, Ayala, Santol, Tumpok Trycicle operator and drivers Association (RASTTODA) took their oath before City Mayor Neil E. Lizares last Monday August 7, 2017 at the City Mayor's Office.

The association thanked Mayor Neil for administering their oathtaking and extended their appreciation for the assistance given to their group. With this, families of the organization's members will be assured of a steady income everyday.

In line with this Mayor Neil E. Lizares ask for the organization's support and cooperation for his administration. The #gwapongaserbisyo is working hard to ensure that Talisaynons will be provided the best service.
