A powerhouse team from Filinvest headed by Jovita "Joy" R. Polloso, Senior Vice President for Commercial Center and Retail Management Division, Filinvest Lifemalls met with the economic and investment team of Taliisay City headed by Mayor Neil Lizares III and Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado. Also present were Renea Ferrer, Senior Tourism Officer, Joebert Polanco of the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Marmelo Sausi, City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) Head and Engineer Rechel Arimas of the City Engineering Office.

The exploratory talks centered on the possible commercial and business ventures that Filinvest can put up in their 50-hectare property along the Airport Access Road to add to their existing investment in Futura Homes Palm Estates which is a gateway subdivision development, considering their primary position to the Cities of Talisay and Bacolod coming from the airport in Silay.

The team from Talisay provided the Filinvest group business, economic and tourism insights to assist them in their master and strategic planning. Inputs that will serve as foundation they can use to build their future development goals upon.

Together with Ms. Polloso's party from Filinvest were Kyel Munoz, Business Development Officer; Paul Denille Pascual, Business Development Senior Manager; and Leonilo Inot Jr., Filinvest Land Inc.
