The City of Talisay through the City Population Section of the City Social Welfare and Development Office pioneered the very first Pre-Marriage Counseling Seminar to 90 couples who are scheduled to exchange vows on the City's Kasalan ng Bayan on October 27, 2017.

Mrs. Rochelle Sausi, City Population Officer, facilitated said seminar. Staff of the City Local Registrar are also present to assist the couples in their application for marriage license.

Resource speakers in the said seminar are Pastor Packs Padilla who did the spiritual counseling and Maam Jojie Cabalfin talked about family planning.
