Congratulation and cheers to the graduates! Mayor Neil Lizares III is proud of you-all.

A total of 38 ICT Scholars Batches 41 and 42 successfully received their Certificates of Completion during their 40th Graduation Exercise in a simple but meaningful ceremony at the Dela Rama Hall, Talisay City Hall this afternoon.

High on the achiever’s list, ICT graduate and honoree Maleah Hondrada delivered a Thanksgiving Message with ICT alumni Edda Joy Diaz and Ma. Teresa Nabalona gave their inspiring testimonies.

These was followed by the words of appreciation and gratitude from Mrs. Jayvie Urbano, Mrs. Anabelle Cañete and Mrs. Salome Bawiga, beloved parents of our ICT graduates.

Mayor Neil congratulated all the graduates and the parents for their accomplishment and as a graduation gift, the graduates were treated to a thanksgiving dinner courtesy of Mayor Neil.

Also present in the ceremony are Sangguniang Panlungsod Members Nicolai Jalandoni, Randy Ereñeta and Zenia Astorga, City Social Welfare Development Office Head Elizabeth Mosquera and Asstistant Head Dionela Madrona and Executive Assistants Frances Ereñeta and Dan Tribaco.
