The members of the visiting Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of Toledo City, Cebu met with Asst. City Administrator Ismael Penado at the Mayor's Office, Talisay City Hall this morning.

The group chose Talisay City, Negros Occidental to personally gather information on the City’s Bids and Awards Committee's best practices and bench marking on the sidelines of their team building activity at the Campuestuhan Highland Resort, Barangay Cabatangan.

The Toledo City Bids and Awards TWG is headed by Engr. Pilar Canga with members of the Secretariat, Engr. Agnes Veloria, Joerdie Sistoso, Andy Ralph Cono-Cono, Lydia Tangoan and Mercedita Alcala.
