Due to the ongoing threat and danger pose by CoViD-19, MAYOR NEIL LIZARES has ordered the setting up of border check points at WILCON and BANGGA CONCEPCION as a proactive precautionary measure and risk mitigating action to strengthen Talisay City’s bio-security plan in keeping our City virus-free.

Please be advised to strictly follow the following guidelines at the checkpoints:

1. No work ID or certification, No entry;

2. Thermal scanning is must;

3. Private cars are advised to use the new Airport Circumferential Road;

4. Bus lanes will be provided separate from light vehicles;

5. All transport vehicles will undergo disinfecting of tires;

6. All pedestrian and walking traffic will undergo footbath.
