Mayor Neil Lizares and the City Government of Talisay issue Executive Order No. 32 suspending work in public and private institutions and classes in all levels, both public and private schools effective 12PM today, December 16 (Thursday) up to December 17, 2021 (Friday) due to Typhoon Odette which is expected to make landfall this afternoon and will move westward traversing the Visayas Islands. Everyone is adviced to take full precaution and keep safe and dry Talisay.
