MAYOR NEIL LIZARES with First Lady ATTY. WENG LIZARES continue to empower the Talisaynon community by providing not just financial support but most importantly opportunities for livelihood, spiritual growth and avenues to strengthen Talisaynon's faith in God.

On June 20, MAYOR NEIL and ATTY. WENG LIZARES visited the people of Hda. Vista 1, Barangay Matab-ang to personally deliver construction materials composed of 200 pcs. hollow blocks, 20 sacks of cement and, 20 pcs. long span roofing for the repair of the community's Chapel of our Lady of Lourdes, at the same time grabbed the chance to spend some time with the locals who were all most grateful of the benevolence extended to them by ATTY. WENG LIZARES through the Angels' Wings Hernan Lopez Foundation.

Barangay Matab- ang Punong Barangay Manuel Apellido welcomed and extended his gratitude to Mayor Neil and Atty. Weng, in behalf of the whole Hda. Vista 1 community.
