THE whole City of Talisay with Mayor Neil Lizares feel the pride and congratulates Ceres Negros FC for winning the AFC Cup ASEAN Zone Finals with a 2-0 score over the visiting Home United FC from Singapore in the second leg game at the Panaad Stadium, Wednesday night in Bacolod City.

Earlier tonight, Ceres Negros FC celebrated their win in Talisay City, also home of the Annual Ceres Cup.

Also joining in the merrymaking were Talisay's men-in-uniform, the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (TCDRRMO), Talisay City Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Talisay City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). All celebrating in the triumph and ready to serve.
