Gawad Kalinga (GK) advocates meet Mayor Neil Lizares and in discussion is a priority project concerning the construction of a two-story school building in Barangay Cabatangan.

Also present during the meeting is City Assistant Administrator Ismael Penado, Engr. Rochelle Pajes and the GK Advocates Amelito Lizares, Ricky Lacson, Bob Magalona, Butch Villanueva and Kagawad Nick Gallego.
