Mayor Neil Lizares leads the Executive and Legislative Agenda for Local Governance and Development Workshop attended by the different department heads and section officers of the Local Government of Talisay, today, September 27 at the Natures Village Resort, Talisay City.

The ELA-CAPDEV workshop aims to encourage collaboration among the participants composed of City Mayor Neil Lizares, the Legislative body headed by Vice Mayor Nic Jalandoni with the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members and the different department heads. Moreso, to contribute in the formulation of a responsive and comprehensive Executive and Legislative Agenda plan that will serve as the primary blueprint of all of #gwapongaserbisyo's programs and projects.

Furthermore, the workshop also aims to provide for avenues for both the executive and the legislative bodies to articulate their political agenda, aspirations and priority programs and create opportunities for the community to grow and develop.
