Mayor Lizares Welcomes NOCHP Coordinators

Mayor Neil Lizares welcomes Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Program (NOCHP) coordinators for coming in the City of Talisay to conduct orientation on the provincial government's NOCHP, today at the Dela Rama Hall.
NOCHP is a priority program of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental that seeks to provide comprehensive health care to Negrosanons especially the indigents. The members and their qualified dependents are entitled to free out-patient care in participating government hospitals.
The participants, coming from Talisay City Health Office, headed by Dr. Joy Gladys Guanzon and other offices in the city are presented with the different features of the program, including its guiding principles, the qualified dependents and the participating hospitals.
The orientation was conducted by Arnella Bancaya, NOCHP Head of Operations assisted by Andrea Marie Boherom, NOCHP Administrative Officer, Ellen Cartagena, Internal Auditor, Michelle Arroyo , Office Staff Joan Cordova, In-charge of Cong Kiko Medical Assistance, Ronnie Balinario and Marjorie G. Aquino.
