Mayor Neil E. Lizares III truly delivers as he personally handed the P1,000.00 monthly allowance to forty-five Philippine National Police (PNP) trainees assigned to the City of Talisay. Mayor Neil's commitment was disclosed during the courtesy visit of the said trainees a month ago.

The P1,000.00 monthly allowance taken straight from the pocket of Mayor Lizares is on top of the promised rice and grocery packs subsidy of the city to the trainees.

A more vigilant, feasible and alert police force is the Mayor's only request to the trainees. Furthermore, he also asked for their full support to ensure security, and peace and order measures to be implemented in the City of Talisay.
