With June 30 fast approaching, Mayor Neil Lizares wastes no time and minces no words in promoting Talisay to top honchos Mr. Mark Matsuyama, Co-Founder and President and Mr. Jonathan Lochbaum, Vice President of Global Strategic Business Process Solutions at the Mayor's Office, Talisay City Hall yesterday.

As part of Mayor Neil's campaign push for increase business confidence to attract more investor locators to Talisay, the Local Economic Investment Promotions Office (LEIPO) presented an Investors Briefing to Global Strategic pitching in Talisay as a strategic and viable investment location for domestic and global players alike.
