Mayor Neil Lizares and Atty. Weng Lizares, President of Angels' Wings Hernan Lopez Foundation, cordially invite everyone to participate and show support for this year's Linggo ng Kabataan Celebration.

The celebration will kick off on August 17, 2023, at the City Public Plaza. The opening program will feature an advocacy walk, a brief ceremony, and the official launching of the KarEdukasyon Project.

KarEdukasyon is a mobile learning tool that aims to reach out, motivate, and engage children in a dynamic and engaging learning experience. It utilizes specially designed carts that are equipped with different books with fun and engaging stories and learning materials tailored for young minds.

The event will also feature the "Rampa Para sa Kalikasan," a fashion show featuring contestants who have created costumes made from recycled materials. This is followed by the "Laro ng Kalikasan," a series of fun and educational games about the environment.

The Linggo ng Kabataan celebration is a time to celebrate the boundless energy and potential of our youth. It is also an opportunity to empower them to become leaders who will shape the future of our city and nation.
