Among other undertakings they got involved in the City, the young delegates lived thru a homestay program in Campuestohan Highland Resort in Barangay Cabatangan. Also, they were served dinner at the famous Talisay tourist destination, The Ruins, sponsored by Mayor Neil Lizares and Talisay City. The TCDRRMO also conducted a half-day earthquake and firefighting drill to the young visitors.

One of the highlights of their stay in Talisay was the morning activity to feed some 90 undernourished students of the Tayabas Elementary School. Aboard 50 “trisikads” on a motorcade going to the school, the delegates were met by Ms. Lorievic Opelario, Principal and the whole studentry of Tayabas Elementary School.

The delegates who stayed in Camp Piaya came from countries like Brazil, Costa Rica, Canada, Germany, Philippines, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Mexico, Mongolia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, USA, and Portugal.
