Mayor Neil Lizares and Atty. Weng Lizares, along with Gwapo Sports Coordinator Marvin Tan, proudly welcomed Talisay City's pride, Bernadeth Pons, during her courtesy visit to the Mayor's Office today.

Bernadeth recently made headlines by earning two MVP titles: Conference MVP and Finals MVP in the Premier Volleyball League - Reinforced Conference.

Hailing from Barangay Zone 10, Bernadeth’s volleyball journey began at Efigenio Enrica Lizares Memorial School and continued at Rafael B. Lacson Memorial High School, where she was trained and guided by Talisay coaches.

Her achievements reflect her hard work, dedication, and the strong support from the city's sports programs.
