February The Talisay City government awarded four Outstanding Talisaynons in the 20th Pasidungog awarding ceremony at Nature’s Village Resort in the city Thursday, its press release said.

The 2018 awardees are Jose “Jojo” Robello, president of Radiant Rescue and Disaster Assistance Network Inc., in the field of Volunteer Work and Disaster Assistance; former Negros Occidental Gov. Rafael “Lito” Coscolluela, who is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Synergia Foundation Inc., for Government Service and Educational Reform;

Anna Balcells of Kalipay Negrense Foundation for Social Development; and a posthumous award to Hernan Lopez Jr., for Real Estate Development, received by Dolores Lopez, president of the HDL Construction and Development Corp., the press release added.*
