A Memorandum of Agreement signing was held between the City of Talisay represented by Mayor Neil Lizares III and Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) represented by Vice President Rico Manuel and Assistant Vice President Irish Mediano.

The 13-hectare donated land located in Barangay Zone 15 will pave way for the completion of an additional road network from ALI's real estate development leading to the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road.

Also present during the MOA signing are Raejie Juance, Project Development Officer, Atty. Josie Lopez of the Lopez Law Office, Asst. City Administrator Ismael Penado, Sangguniang Panlungsod Member (SPM) and Chairman Committee on Transportation Rolin Meliton, SPM Zenia Astorga, Executive Assistant (EA) for Investment and Promotion Dr. Frances Mae Llamas, EA for Health Dan Tribaco and Atty. Cheryl Ledesma Despi of the City Legal Office.
