Metro Third Medical Mission to Benefit Surgical Health Needs of Talisay and 3rd District Constituents

Mayor Neil Lizares III met with Negros Occidental Third District First Lady Nikki Lopez Benitez of the Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation to map out the groundwork for a major 3-day medical and surgical mission slated in November 9, 2017 at the Teresita Locsin Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City.

Close to a 50-man medical team from the Makati Medical Center Foundation including surgeons and operating room nurses will perform major and minor cases including thyroid, hernias, cleft lip and palate, gallbladder stones, obstetric and gynecological cases such as ovarian cysts, small breast masses, among others.
First Lady Nikki Benitez's team was accompanied by Dr. Erwin Dizon and Dr. Jake Manalastas, Mrs. Jeceryl Jover and was met by Mayor Neil, Vice Mayor Sam Siote, SPM Nicolai Jalandoni, Ismael Penado, Talisay City Health Officer Dr. Joy Gladys Guanzon, Josel Faisan and Marlyn Simondo.
The schedule for the first screening of patients is scheduled on October 7, 2017 with the final screening in November 7, 2017.
