Talisay Beneficiaries of Department of Health (DOH) -Surgical Caravan Patients held last June 2017 in Corazon Locsin Montelibano Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) wherein Talisaynons availed of free major operations which also included free medicines such as antibiotics, anti- inflammatory and ointments.

Last July 31, 2017 before the month of July ends, 8 beneficiaries from different barangays in the City of Talisay who undergone surgical operations received a financial assistance from the Office of the City Mayor through Mayor Neil Lizares III. Said assistance were given to patients in support of their medicines and other medications.

Said patients were accommodated and interviewed by Mayor Neil Lizares III. Such gesture of concern made them feel comfortable and their recoveries less stressful. Mayor Neil is happy knowing that he can help those with limited resources and inadequate medical insurance coverage to received such assistance. Providing medical and financial assistance to many of our fellow talisaynons is undoubtedly one of the flagship programs of this administration.

The beneficiaries extended their appreciation to Mayor Neil Lizares for his endless support especially to those people who are in need. It shows that Mayor Neil Lizares III is not only determined but also has the passion to serve the public. He is constant in his goals in providing timely and responsive assistance at the same time developing and enhancing the service of gwapongaserbisyo for all Talisaynon.
