Mayor Neil Lizares Statement - April 11, 2021

MAYOR NEIL LIZARES STATEMENT:This is to inform everyone that the New Talisay City Hall will be closed on April 12 and 13, 2021. This is in line with the recent news that an employee assigned to the Talisay Public Market tested positive for Covid-19. Since the result of the preliminary contact tracing showed that the said employee was able to go to the New Talisay City Hall and made contact with some employees, a thorough disinfection is needed and a stringent contact tracing must be made.

In behalf of the City of Talisay, I would like to personally thank the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental under the leadership of Gov. Bong Lacson for the trust and confidence in considering our City as the new home of the offices of the Provincial Capitol Government.
