The City of Talisay is the beneficiary of 16 sets of 180 watts LED Lights from the Foreign Relations Executive Advisory Council to Korea with Chairman Stephanie Kim, Vice Chairman Jennifer Therese Valderrama and Vivian Won personally handed to Executive Assistant for Sports Kenneth Valderrama and Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado the donation at Mayor's Office.
