Mayor Neil Lizares officiates the union of three Talisaynon couples, Rudolf Ebro and Sarila Alda of Barangay Zone 3, Jovy Miatapal and Jay Ann Abangin of Barangay Concepcion and Joshua Japitana and Roselyn Jorolan of Barangay Zone 3, on November 7, in a civil wedding ceremony, held at the City Mayor's Office, Talisay City Hall.

Mayor Neil gave the newly weds gifts and wishes them a happy, bountiful and a love filled married life.
