A total of 24 persons deprived of liberty in Talisay BJMP and are members of Samahang Iniugnay sa Kapatiran (SIKAP) enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Social.Security System together with Talisay BJMP relative to SSS' ALKANSSSYA PROGRAM.

The ALKANSSSYA Program of the SSS aims to give opportunity for PDLs to become active members of SSS and provide for the easiest and lowest mean of paying for their monthly SSS contribution. Talisay BJMP SIKAP members are the pioneers of the said program.

The ALKANSSSYA Program allows the members to pay for their monthly SSS contribution of P330.00 for P12.00/day, making it less the burden for the PDL SIKAP members.

In attendance is the SSS team headed by Dr. Lilani Benedian, Acting Vice President for Visayas West 1, Miss Lina Hilado, Acting Branch Head III, SSS Bacolod, Engr. Florence Esparagoza, CEO II, AMS, Mr. Gerald Gonzales, Asst. Branch Head, Mr. Rolly Go, Junior Analyst, AMS and Miss Rochelle Bustamante, Team Head, Team II, Accounts Management Section.
