City of Talisay welcomes police students of PSSLC (Public Safety Senior Leadership Course) Classes 01 and 02 of 2018. A total of 115 police students, 56 of whom are from class 01 and 59 from class 02, are here for their one week Enhance Community Immersion Program (ECIP) in the city with the theme: "Crime is Everybody's Concern and Public Safety is a Shared Responsibility". Representing Class 01-2018 is their President SPO3 Carlo Hofileña Frayco and SPO2 Al Ray Minerva for the Class 02-2018.

Heads and trainers of the Regional Training Center VI, Bakyas Mansilingan Bacolod City headed by PSUPT Jimmy M. Laguyo, Regional Training Director, Regional Training Center VI and Rebecca B. Huerva, Training Specialist III, Chief of Academics Branch accompanied the trainees.

Heading the welcome party for the City of Talisay is Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado, representing Talisay PNP is Deputy Chief of Police, Police Senior Inspector Joseth D. Catonina with Punong Barangay Jonathan Los Bañes of Barangay Zone 4 and Kagawad Nancy Garcia of Barangay Zone 3.
